Inaugural EGG performance at Thee Stork Club presented by Cone Shape Top

EGG was a performance at Thee Stork Club with Jasmine Zhang’s alternate ego Creative Straight Woman. I am lying beneath the stage, and my tail is vibrating (the end of it is a Hitachi Wand Vibrator). Creative Straight Woman enters and grabs my tail. We fight over it. She wins. She then mixes eggs in a gong connected to a contact mic. The entire audience can hear the eggs mixed on a loudspeaker. I stick a bird water whistle into the egg mixture and start whistling. I direct Creative Straight Woman to the stage, where she winds up a bird toy. The bird walks underneath a microphone, and the entire audience can hear it clicking. My tail is vibrating the entire time.

The performance was curated by Cat Lauigan and Matt Brownell of Cone Shape Top. It was the inaugural EGG performance at Thee Stork Club — a performance series centered on eggs.
